What is a multi-day wedding celebration?

A multi-day wedding is an extended celebration spanning 2–4 days, typically including a welcome dinner, ceremony, reception, and farewell brunch. Zahra Studio designs every detail of each day to create a cohesive, immersive experience for international guests.

Do you offer elopement planning?

Yes. Zahra Studio plans intimate elopements and micro-weddings at stunning private venues across Italy and Dubai, designed with the same attention to detail and luxury as larger celebrations.

How far in advance should we reach out?

12 to 18 months for full planning services. For creative direction only, 9 to 12 months. We have successfully executed beautiful celebrations in shorter timeframes when schedules align.

Do you offer day-of coordination only?

We do not offer day-of coordination as a standalone service, to maintain the quality and coherence our clients expect. Our Design & Creative Direction service is available for those who have planning in place but seek aesthetic guidance.
