Sydney & Julien
Casale del Gallo, Rome, Italy
This wedding began the way many do, with a gentle, almost traditional picture in mind: soft pastels, English roses, the kind of romance you can already see in a sketch. Then Sydney found her dress, a Tara LaTour piece alive with deep reds, fuchsia and yellow, florals climbing the fabric like a garden in motion. It was a surprise at first, for everyone, but that is where the real story began.
From that single, extraordinary choice, the whole concept took shape. Colour was no longer decoration; it became the language. We built the whole design around the dress, so the arrangements, the mood and every detail at Casale del Gallo felt like a natural extension of what Sydney had chosen to wear. What could have stayed a classic pastel wedding became something far more personal: a distinctive, unforgettable arrangement that belongs only to them.
Julien in light linen beside her, old stone and ivy, and the Roman light doing what it always does, holding two people who let the day change when the dress asked it to. That is the kind of planning we believe in: listening when the vision shifts, and having the courage to follow it all the way.
